Common questions
Can you capture while the hotel or resort is operating?
Yes. We plan the capture around your guests and daily operations, working area by area so the property keeps running as normal.
How long does the capture take on site?
It depends on the size and complexity of the property and on how much of it you want captured. We schedule the capture around your guests and any conferences, weddings or other events, capturing each area once it is free, so daily business is never interrupted. Once we know your property and its calendar, we give you a clear estimate. Virtual tours and schematic floor plans are delivered within 24 to 48 hours; CAD, point cloud and BIM files within 6 to 8 days.
Which file formats do you deliver?
Interactive 3D tours as a web link or embed, floor plans as PDF, PNG or SVG, photography as high-resolution JPEG, CAD as DWG, DXF or PDF, point clouds as E57 or XYZ, and BIM as RVT or IFC. Each service page lists its formats in full.
Can our tour appear on Google Maps?
Yes, for commercial properties such as hotels, resorts, restaurants and offices. We publish the areas you choose on Google Maps and Street View, usually within 48 hours. Private homes can't be published; that's Google's rule.
Do you travel to every Caribbean island?
Yes. We are based in Miami, with a second base in the Dominican Republic, and serve the Bahamas, Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Turks & Caicos, as well as other islands and international projects.
How far ahead should we book?
Lead time is agreed with each client. Get in touch as early as you can and we will find dates that fit your schedule.
Can the model be updated after renovations?
Yes. We rescan the changed areas and update your model, so it always matches the property. Tours are hosted for one year, with annual renewal.
